Jefferson County Case Management Agency (Jeffco CMA) has begun using Wayfinder to distribute RFPs, collect responses from provider agencies, and offer those providers a free profile to showcase their services to potential clients. Effective March 30, 2026, all new RFPs must be submitted using the Wayfinder system. Jeffco CMA will no longer be accessing the DDRC RFP system effective May 1, 2026.
To get started with Wayfinder, please create a "provider agency" account by visiting Wayfinder's website at https://joinwayfinder.com and clicking "sign up". You can also access the help center at https://help.joinwayfinder.com for a library of resources and step-by-step guides on how to get started, respond to RFPs, and improve the quality of your referral responses.
